Overview

I support adult individuals carrying anxiety, depression, worry, and a sense of not feeling “enough.” Many clients have been shaped by relational wounds—family conflict, estrangement, painful relationships, or the weight of societal expectations—and are looking for a space where they can finally be fully seen and understood. I offer an affirming, compassionate environment where your identity is respected and your experiences are taken seriously. My work is relational and emotionally focused, grounded in attachment-based, psychodynamic, and experiential approaches. Together, we explore how past relationships, internalized messages, and survival strategies continue to affect your self-esteem, emotional safety, and ability to connect.

My hope is to help you feel more grounded in who you are, trust yourself more fully, and move through the world with greater ease and self-acceptance.
