Overview

Hello! I am an LSWAIC and I’ve spent seven years helping people deepen their relationship with themselves and their loved ones. I received my bachelor’s in Gender and Psychology in 2016, and my Master of Social Work in 2023. Born in Texas, I’ve worked overseas with organizations dedicated to human flourishing. Most of my experience is with survivors of trauma as they grieve, integrate resilience, and heal.

My work is anti-oppressive, based on the conviction that our past doesn’t define our future. Together, we find new ways of being in the world. I meet you where you are and focus on your strengths, because what brought you here will also carry you forward.

My practice-intersectional, sex-positive, kink-allied, and polyamory friendly–focuses on the ways gender and sexuality shape our approach to neurodivergence, chronic illness, spirituality, and more. I am a Health at Every Size clinician, and I appreciate chosen families. I’m excited to meet you and be a part of your journey.
