Overview

I believe in healing through relationships with ourselves and others. Our society operates within a framework of white supremacy that isolates us and pathologizes our ways of being. Through developing trust, in our partnership we will be able to explore your relationship to yourself, others, the systems you navigate, and the larger world around us.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and strengths-based. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA2+ community as well as life transition, identity exploration, trauma survivors, and those seeking to make adaptations in their lives to support their neurodiversity. My therapeutic approach is grounded in: Social justice, Black feminist theory, Queer theory, A HAES model, Trauma informed practice, Fostering resilience, Somatics and Self determination. I am a queer, white, Jewish, 1st gen American who lives with chronic illness. I am a parent and a partner. All of these identities inform my therapeutic approach.
