Whether struggling with communication, intimacy, or simply feeling disconnected. Specializing in relationship and intimacy therapy for ALL, specifically for the LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and all sexually marginalized communities.

I offer personalized therapy sessions to help develop deep self-worth and confidence to overcome any challenges and live a more wholehearted and fulfilling life. Striving to provide supportive psychotherapy during each appointment.

My practice involves using an eclectic approach based on your needs, including Solution-Focused Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and Positive Psychology therapeutic approach. Valuing a holistic, integrative treatment approach, which includes behavioral strategies, to equip each client with skills and strategies to improve their quality of life.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
