Overview

With 20 years of private practice, I support women in all phases of life to thrive. My special focus is on those facing infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. I am certified by Perinatal Support International (PSI) as a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. Drawing upon mindfulness and somatic training, I offer wellness skills for building trauma resilience and managing the cumulative stress of womanhood and motherhood.



In trainings by respected trauma experts, I've learned how to guide clients to settle the nervous system and allow for reprocessing anxious or traumatic responses.
