My work focuses on unraveling these patterns to foster healing and growth.

Certified in Complex-PTSD, I use EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, IFS, and somatic therapies to guide clients towards personal empowerment and well-being. My holistic approach aims to harmonize the internal state, allowing clients to break free from entrenched behavioral patterns and achieve a balanced life.
