Overview
I specialize in supporting people who carry the cognitive and emotional weight of trauma beneath the surface of everyday life. Therapy with me isn’t about labeling the glass as half full or half empty — it’s about recognizing that it’s refillable, and exploring what systems, relationships, or internalized beliefs have kept it from being refilled.
I am a New Yorker turned Texan after receiving my bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland's School of Public Health and my master's degree from the University of Texas School of Social Work. Outside of the office, I am a wife and stepmom controlling the chaos two rescue dogs bring to my household, trying to snag some peace and quiet with a cup of coffee and a good book. When others talk about me, I do not want them to label my success by my achievements or job but by the number of lives I touch
