Overview

Transitioning from art education to counseling, I graduated with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in 2023. My experience spans from equine-assisted psychotherapy to telehealth, fostering growth through diverse therapeutic settings. My approach is warm, empathetic, and growth-oriented, drawing from the arts, relationships, and continuous learning to create a therapeutic space centered on human connection and individuality.

I support adults and couples, including within the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating alternative relationships, focusing on anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Outside therapy, my passions include horsemanship with my favorite mare Cupcake, spending time with my mini Australian Shepherd Emmett, and exploring the world.
