Creating a nurturing space for self-discovery is crucial for your well-being. Through reflective listening, mindfulness, and values exploration, we'll address your goals. As a Clinical Social Work Associate licensed in Oregon, I've supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and more. Specialized areas include Health at Every Size, pregnancy/birth issues, NICU experiences, foster care, psychedelic integration, and social class changes. Cultural humility and inclusivity is vital to my practice, welcoming individuals of all identities.
