Overview

I provide client-centered and systemic therapy, focusing on validation and gaining new skills. I offer collaborative therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, trauma, connection, trust, and self- acceptance. I work from the lenses of Narrative, Attachment-based, IFS, DBT, and Emotionally Focused therapies.



With a Master's in Marriage, Couple, and Family from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Psychology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, I have experience in mental health advocacy. In my clinical work, I help individuals process trauma, regulate emotions, and build self-acceptance.

With couples, I focus on establishing boundaries, communication skills, emotional intimacy, and respectful dissolution of relationships. I provide an open space for clients to explore their emotions, process trauma, share relationship hopes, and accept parts of themselves they have closed off.
