Overview

I am from a multicultural background and identify as an Asian third culture kid hoping to provide support and care for people with similarly diverse backgrounds. I understand that we as humans are multifaceted and contain multitudes, and I structure my sessions as such. Everything in life is a balancing act, between all of yourselves, those who you are close to, the environment around you and the culture of which you identify with and are from.

When we are together we will move at your pace, I will meet you where you are at and go at your own speed. I look forward to getting to know you and your perspective to best meet your needs. I would describe my therapeutic style as casual, warm, collaborative, creative, authentic, and light-hearted. I also focus on a wholistic systems perspective, and exploring the intersections and impacts of relationships, cultures, racial/gender identities and different environments. I am also body, sex, gender, non-monogamy positive accepting every body.
