Overview

The therapeutic relationship is a powerful element of change. We will work together to find new ways of engaging in relationships and approaching the world. Utilizing an integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing, I view myself as a partner in your therapeutic journey. Based on attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology, I incorporate practical skills and support through Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

I work with adults 18 and over dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, life transitions, relationship challenges, and complex trauma. I help people discover or rediscover their strength, resilience and values to lead a full and meaningful life.
