Overview

We often find ourselves burnt out, feeling isolated and traumatized by current and historical events. We feel the pressure to better this world but struggle with feelings of hopelessness and powerlessness. At times like these, it is vital to reclaim spaces of joy, safety, and connection within ourselves & the world around us. I works with clients to reclaim their experiences of strength and wellbeing.

I am passionate about working with cycles of intergenerational trauma, especially severances that occur as a result of immigration or oppression. Navigating between multiple worlds can be a disorienting experience, and having trusted others who can see and affirm you for who you truly are is a deeply healing thing. I care deeply about issues of family and identity, and approach them with curiosity.
