Overview

Sometimes emotions feel hard to manage without a clear reason. Anxiety can spike unexpectedly, depression can drain motivation & emotional ups & downs can feel impossible to regulate even when life looks “fine” on the outside. This isn’t a personal failure; it’s your nervous system signaling that something deeper needs attention. I work primarily with individuals. When appropriate sessions may include family members or significant others; however treatment remains centered on the individual client. Relationship challenges are most effectively improved through individual insight emotional regulation & behavior change. When an individual client desires couples or family sessions as part of their goals all involved parties are required to participate in individual sessions with me prior to joint sessions. I help clients heal long-standing patterns using EMDR & other evidence-based approaches that reduce anxiety ease depressive symptoms & restore emotional regulation.
