I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling Intern with over five years of experience in social work, working with adults, couples, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns, and use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I support adults ages 18–60 in developing healthy coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and addressing unhelpful patterns that contribute to emotional distress. I also have extensive experience working with parents and families and supporting clients through life transitions and stress.
