Overview

May 2026 marks 10 years of practice for me. Before entering the field, I had been a minister, a marketing director, a banker, and a person on full disabilty for 6 years. It has been my privilege to work with people to help them face their challenges, overcome crisis, make sense of their lives, and even find or reinvent themselves again. Usually direct, but also very easygoing, approachable, and laid back. I believe the practice of mental health therapy is a highly collaborative process between therapist and client. My basic approach is Existential - meaning that you have the capacity and ability to define and bring meaning to your life. My perspective is strengths-based- You already have within you the reservoir of strengths and abilities to solve your problem. Our work is to uncover, highlight, and build upon those strengths you already possess to meet your challenges and move forward.
