Overview

I work with clients to cultivate awareness and nurture all the parts of who one is. We all have the innate ability to work with what is within. By learning our territory and what we have to work with, we can take intentional steps to walk our path in our own authentic way. I help clients reconnect to something deeper within themselves. It is the great remembering of who we are and all that we have come from, beyond the infinite small boxes our traumas and wounds make it seem we are stuck in.

Together we walk a path that guides towards possibility. We remember the way, whether the light has gone out completely or is still a flickering flame waiting for attention and tender care.

My role is to be a companion on the journey of self realization and self empowerment. I hold sacred space for this with non-judgement, safety, and compassion. I am committed to listening deeply and respectfully, honoring the courage it takes to step into a new way of Being.
