Her therapeutic interests include the areas of mindfulness, family issues, child and adolescent development, and clinical areas of anxiety, depression, emotional/sexual abuse, and trauma. Ana's clinical approach is based on client and family-centered, focusing on evidence-based therapies, such as CBT and DBT. The arts are aimed at coping, managing anxiety/depression as well as minimizing stress, working through trauma, PTSD, and overall healing. Her natural skills in communication, creativity, and interpersonal exchanges has followed Ana throughout everyday life. What she believes is innately important is to uphold a manner of professionalism without losing the very fine nuance of unique personal relationships.
