I am a Licensed Mental Health therapist with 8 years of experience working with different age group clients and a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, anger management, self-image, suicide, OCD and ADHD. My counseling style is warm, empathetic, interactive, and engaging
My goal is to help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication, coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, promote behavior changes and optimal mental health by implementing my main approach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As a therapist I also work with other therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Client Centered Therapy.
