After working many years with adolescents and adults in group and foster homes within California, I obtained my master's degree in social work. I have experience working with the following population, children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I have experience working with individuals struggling with past trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief/loss, self-esteem, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. My journey working with children and families have led me to learn a person-centered approach for best outcomes. I work using Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior Therapy and Motivational interviewing to help with a person-centered approach in being supportive of best outcomes. My goal is in creating a safe and comfortable environment to be able to have self-expression and gain insight into where the client is at in life. I look forward to meeting with you and supporting you on your continual journey to gain successes in life.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
