Overview

I work with adults and teens coping with Stress, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, and Loss, either in person or telehealth. As each person is an individual, I tailor evidence-based practices for your situation. We are all unique and have had different experiences in life, and that is to be honored, especially in the therapy room.

I have worked in settings with adults, teens, and children, including Suicide Prevention Hotlines, Schools, and Therapy Centers. I won’t look away from the pain. My main focus is helping to process life’s challenges: Stress, Anxiety, Grief, Divorce, School Challenges, Work Challenges, Difficult Relationships, and Unexpected Changes. I have also owned my own business and understand the complexities and stress of running a large corporation. Life is ever-changing. It is not possible to know how to handle all situations that arrive at our door. During those times, it helps to talk to someone who listens with respect to where you are in the process.

Walking on life’s path can be challenging at times, and we literally cannot know how to handle every situation. When life takes your breath away or unexpectedly throws you off center, it helps to know you have someone who will walk that path at your side. You are not alone.
