Overview

Therapy with me is personalized to your unique needs and goals, and supported by my experiences with a wide variety of presenting concerns and tools for your toolkit. I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, life transition issues, and relationship concerns, and I have specific training in DBT, CBT, and often employ Narrative and Solution-Focused strategies.
I have a warm and direct communication style, appreciate and offer realistic and individualized tools, and value humor as a component of relationships. Working with me means we will acknowledge and respect all aspects of your identity and lived experience as well as larger social structures and systems of oppression. I believe everyone has the internal strengths and resources to solve problems but cannot always see them.
I work with teens 16 and up, and adults of all ages. I welcome members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and provide affirming care for folks on the gender spectrum.
