Overview
I am passionate about work that is heart centered and allows individuals to bring all of themselves into a space, free of judgment or shame. My philosophy comes out of decades of inquiry, healing work, mindfulness practice, and mysticism while working alongside people from different communities around the world.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, trauma-sensitive and strengths based - taking into account the many elements and forces in our lives that we have to navigate even as we seek healing. Fundamental to my approach is an awareness of the profound intelligence, beauty, and creativity each of us carries about ourselves, our lives, and the world around us. Through deep listening and reflection, I help clients clarify their own thoughts, feelings, and needs with regards to their situation, and to find the path forward that feels most natural and most true to themselves. Sessions will be unique to each person.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
