Overview

My passion is serving trauma survivors, which means I have learned to allow the time and space for people to make their own decisions about what they want or need from therapy. When someone feels supported, they can say they are seen and heard. Then, from a supportive base, people are empowered to access and manage the adventures and struggles of life.

I love cats, warm summer days, paddleboarding, a good mini-series, and tea with friends.

I have a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Portland State University. I have volunteered in communities affected by addiction issues for 20 years. I have 10 years of experience working with adults and youth in social services, community mental health, and residential living settings.

I am LGBTQIA+, HIV/AIDs, sex worker, sex-positive, body positive, open relationship, racial justice, and non-binary allied.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
