Overview
Hello there! I believe that all people are capable of change, and are eager to learn! I obtained my Master's of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (a CACREP degree) from Capella University in 2022, and my Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Clarion University (now Penn West Clarion) in 2015.
I have extensive knowledge of trauma-informed care, and will validate, be non-judgmental, supportive, and brainstorm new ideas with you during the course of therapy. I am not afraid of research so if we come across something new, I will research it!
When I'm not counseling, I enjoy crochet, gardening, video games, reading, and spending time with my husband, son, and 9 cats.
