My name is Oscar and I have been helping people for over three decades. Over the years and in my own personal life, I have discovered that life is a long journey. During this journey, we experience ups and downs, darkness and lightness, silence and loudness. At times, the journey feels effortless. Other times it feels very taxing. My job is to support and help you find your strength when times get more challenging. You have your answers, you know “your best hopes” and your dreams. You know what needs to change, you have the resources. My job is to help you find those answers by active listening, help you gain perspective and challenge you when necessary. I have worked in different settings including hospitals, private practice, mental health, and Universities. My approach is tailored to your needs. I will walk next to you, helping you unlock the doors and finding the solutions.
