Brenna enjoys working with individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds and recognizes the significance our environment plays into mental health. Brenna believes the therapeutic relationship is integral for positive therapeutic outcomes and seeks to meet clients where they are in a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and person-centered approach.
