Overview

As a man, I know how difficult it can be to find someone that listens and validates our feelings.

As an immigrant and gay man, I know what it's like to feel isolated and rejected.

In my practice, I combine compassion, humor, and creativity to help clients find acceptance, meaning and hope.

I offer a unique approach to help others find balance by focusing not just on the negatives but also celebrating the positives.

My goal as a counselor is to empower others to become their own best counselors by learning about their needs and concentrating on what they can control.

I moved to Austin, Texas, at age ten from Taiwan. I earned my Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Texas in 2019 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023.

Growing up between Western and Eastern cultures, I witnessed the harm of unrealistic expectations, which inspired my career in mental health. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, anime, video games, & my pets.
