Stenet Frost has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2002 and a LPC Supervisor since 2006. She has worked in a wide variety of settings.
Stenet describes herself to be dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients. Her favorite question to ask her clients “Who is in your hula hoop?!” which she finds is the catalysis to encouraging her clients to take the first step towards their healing journey.
