Kynaydia Nelson is a mental health professional, private practice owner, educator, and creative founder passionate about helping people heal, grow, and transform the stories they carry. Her work integrates emotional wellness, trauma-informed insight, relationship healing, psychoeducation, and creative tools that support individuals, couples, families, and communities.
She is the founder of Healing the Narrative, a platform dedicated to mental health education, personal development, relationship insight, and self-awareness through digital content, guided resources, and therapeutic tools. In addition to her clinical and educational work, Kynaydia creates journals, workbooks, relationship resources, and children’s literacy-centered projects that encourage emotional growth, confidence, and deeper connection across all stages of life.
Her mission is to help others reconnect with their voice, reclaim their story, and move toward healing with clarity, intention, and power.
