Overview
Change is hard, but it is necessary if you want something to be different. My goal is to help clients gain the hope and motivation to improve their lives. I believe everyone has what it takes within themselves to make the changes in their lives, but they don't need to do it alone. I look forward to helping you start your journey.
I have a master's in social work from Capella University. I have six years of experience working with young adults diagnosed with a severe mental illness at a residential treatment facility. The modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social worker associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
Outside of work, I love learning. I enjoy learning how cook new types of food, about new modalities, and being in the outdoors in my spare time.
