Overview

Life can be hard. Whether you are a teenager in the years of transition toward adulthood, a 70-year-old slowing down and reflecting as you age, or somewhere in the middle just trying to figure it all out, sometimes we need a little help.

My experiences with schools, hospital settings, and substance use have given me insight to the some of the difficult seasons people of all ages have to walk through. Those experiences have created in me a great passion for helping individuals and families navigate the twists and turns of life.

Each person has a unique journey with mental health. My approach is to utilize evidence-based treatment to meet individual needs. Specifically, I use humanistic, person-centered and strength-based approaches, incorporating cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and solution-focused talk-therapy
