Hi,
My name is Ally Doering and I am a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist welcome to my page! I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages who are experiencing the following; women’s issues, family therapy, anxiety, and young adults (who are dealing with daily life stressors or changes).
After having my own therapy journey in high school, I knew very quickly that I wanted to help others see a positive light at the end of their therapy journey as my therapist did for me.

I like to use experiential therapeutic modalities such as; expressive journaling and art therapy to be able to help the client verbalize how they are feeling internally.

Starting therapy takes a lot of bravery and courage. I hope that I get the privilege to help you on your own therapeutic journey.
