Overview

My job as a therapist is to provide you a safe place to explore what is getting in your way, to heal from hardships, and to align your life with your true, complex, and vibrant self. I work with teens and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood regulation. My style is warm, compassionate, and gently probing.

I adjust modalities to match client needs. We can examine core values (Existential Humanism) and listen to your internal dialogues (Internal Family Systems). We can build skills and behaviors using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapies. I use EMDR to process trauma, and often integrate art and mindfulness.

I work under the supervision of Glykeria Manis, LCSW.

I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
