Overview
Most people are dealing with higher levels of stress and uncertainty than in decades past. Regardless of age, each generation faces concerns that can bring feelings of hopelessness and confusion. I work from a framework of taking a critical reflection of our systems, using transformative learning to engage and make necessary changes that allow for more individually focused and relevant treatment plans. This allows person-centered care that embraces your needs and evaluates the systems in your world to better find a path that caters to your goals instead of forcing you to fit into a mold.
I am a licensed associate counselor in Arizona with over twenty years of experience. I received a bachelor's in special education from Arizona State University in 1997 and a Master's in Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix in 2001.
