Hi there- I'm Christina! Therapy is a space where we can find ourselves exploring ranges of insight, pain, joy, love, and everything in between. There is no right way of doing therapy, and I foster a safe space that allows you to create your own therapeutic journey. I have 13+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, loss/grief, self-esteem, and coping strategies.
My approach in working with clients is centered around building connection and a relationship to understand perspective. I meet you where you're at and help facilitate identified goals for therapy. I practice an integrated therapeutic approach utilizing evidenced-based methods and interventions, including EMDR, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness.
