Overview
In the 16 years of my career, I have a sculpted passion in the specialties of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, stress, anger and trauma. I obtained my master’s in social work from California State University. I have been humbled enough to continue to support individuals with managing behavior, addictions, identity, crisis, relationships, parenting, and the hardships of end of life.
I enjoy practicing from a sense of understanding who you are. Thus, I utilize strength-based approaches, family systems, and one’s biopsychosocial in the process and progression in therapy.
