Overview

In the 16 years of my career, I have a sculpted passion in the specialties of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, stress, anger and trauma. I obtained my master’s in social work from California State University. I have worked with a variety of ages ranging from 5 years to 98 years of age. I have been humbled enough to continue to support individuals, couples and families with managing behavior, addictions, identity, crisis, relationships, parenting, and the hardships of end of life.
I enjoy practicing from a sense of understanding who you are. Thus, I utilize strength-based approaches, family systems, and one’s biopsychosocial in the process and progression in therapy.
It is important to meet you where you are emotionally and mentally to arrive at a better and thriving you. At any stage in your life, you may find yourself needing the space to be heard and to heal. So why don’t we meet in that space together? I look forward to taking the time to meet you soon.
