Overview

I work with high-functioning adults and professionals who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, and/or autism traits who feel stuck despite having insight. I help translate awareness into structure and meaningful change. Often my clients are going through a transition period and have adjustment challenges. Some may struggle with follow-through, clarity, or consistency. Some are adults or parents of children with autism. All are motivated to seek a better life.

My approach is structured and collaborative. We identify patterns sustaining anxiety, overthinking, or inconsistency, then translate insight into action. This includes improving emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, and alignment between values and behavior.
