There is an inherently healing quality to the relationship between a person and their therapist. I’m passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma. Though the past cannot be changed, it doesn’t have to dictate how we move forward. Untangling complex emotions and replacing survival tools that are no longer helpful are just a few of the ways I can help you reclaim a more fulfilling and peaceful future.
