Overview

I am a Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinician (LSWAIC) and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Walden University.
I have experience working in community mental health care of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression as well as other diagnoses. Drawing from a variety of educational, career, and most important life experiences, I seek to help those dealing with life struggles. My approaches to care are Electric, Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based with focus on Trauma and building coping skills that meet the current needs with continued relevance for the future.
I believe the key to a good therapeutic relationship is transparency, collaboration, and ensuring that therapy happens in a judgement free and stress-free environment. My goals are to help clients reach a more fulfilling life.
