I use an eclectic approach to tailor therapy sessions & often will utilize multiple therapy modalities, but always will let you guide the way. Connection, after all, is the core of therapy. As we navigate together on your therapy journey, we can even explore how to bring into sessions added mediums like art, nature & mindfulness.
