Hello and welcome!
Clients who work with me are navigating issues surrounding religious trauma, sexuality, boundary-setting, identity exploration, relational patterns, kink, trauma's impact on intimacy, or simply wanting to build greater self-acceptance, self-esteem, and alignment with your values. As well as those who struggle with anxiety and/or depression.
Clients who see me are self-driven and motivated, ready to do the work of therapy, and comes to sessions prepared with things to discuss—whether that's recent experiences, emotions to unpack, goals to refine, or patterns to examine.
I take a trauma informed, holistic, sex-positive approach that honors the mind-body connection, communication, authenticity, and the full spectrum of human experience. Through guided self reflection, introspection, and building real world tools for the mind and body, together we can work toward fulfilling your goals and helping you achieve self fulfillment.
