Overview
I am passionate about women’s issues, trauma informed care and allowing individuals to be truly seen and heard. I have worked with survivors of intimate partner violence and I recognize the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors to be believed and validated. I am interested in supporting individuals to build the tools and skills necessary to create the life they want.
As your therapist I will use an integrative approach to identify your individual needs and implement modalities such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. These modalities will help you identify your inner strengths to support your personal growth. My specialties include women's issues, trauma, domestic abuse, PTSD, self-esteem, family issues and meditation. Trying to find the right therapist can be an overwhelming process.
