Overview

Inspired by my own mental turmoil, I become a mental health counselor to help teens, college students and adults with mental struggles such as stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship and parenting challenges. As a first-generation Asian American born in the United States and raised in an Asian culture, I am also dedicated to support individuals facing cultural expectations and identity struggles. My goal is to help them balance their cultural identity with their personal autonomy and aspirations.

To me, every individual is unique and precious. I am a good listener. My style is genuine and non-judgmental. My approach is client-centered, which considers the unique circumstances and personality of my clients to derive the most effective treatment plan to reach their desired goals. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their feelings, engage in self-discovery, and develop coping strategies to achieve mental healing and personal growth.
