My ideal client is curious about their own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, beliefs, and relationships. They may be facing difficulties in their day to day life, may be struggling with things that have happened to them in the past, or may be worried about the future. They may be facing what feels like an impossible situation.

I focus on creating an environment where I believe the best in you, where you are fully supported emotionally and mentally, and where you can bring difficult topics for us to explore. What we discuss is always dependent on your level of comfortability. We celebrate the little victories and aim for making lasting changes. I always look for ways to help empower you to be in the driver’s seat and reach your therapeutic goals.
