I specialize in Anxiety, Chronic Pain and illness, Codependency, Coping Skills, Depression, Relationships and Conflict, Grief, Infertility, Life Transitions, Self-harming or Ideation, Spirituality, PTSD, ADHD/ADD and Trauma. I offer an eclectic approach of modalities and theories to support clients in working towards wellness.
