Overview

I know it can be difficult to reach out for help! I work best with those looking for spiritual growth, feeling lost and out of place in this world. In terms of diagnoses, this can be anxiety, depression, substance use, or past trauma. It is my greatest honor to be able to help people connect to their true self energy.

I obtained my Master’s of Addiction Counseling in Psychology from Colorado State University. I also have training in Ketamine and Psychedelic Medicine, and am happy to help people that have had experiences with psychedelics.

Reaching out for help can be a real challenge. I know, as I've been a client of many therapists over several years. I also know that there are good fits and bad fits for therapists, but it takes some vulnerability and risk to figure that out. Feel free to reach out and see if we're a good fit!
