I have a passion for helping individuals find themselves even when dealing with traumatic experiences; providing a listening ear and interventions along the way. If someone is willing to take the step to seek help I am here for them.
I have over 13 years of experience helping domestic and sexual violence survivors. During this time I have seen people have to rebuild themselves and their families. Those who are seeking change in their life due to emotional regulation or life experiences by taking a holistic approach we can work together to find a solution.
