Deciding to seek therapy can be a daunting task and I believe that having a safe space to process your unique experiences is the key to reducing the anxiety that can accompany starting therapy, and promote personal growth and healing.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as it has been demonstrated to be as effective as, or more effective than, other forms of psychological therapy or psychiatric medications. CBT leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life. I also specialize in trauma-focused CBT.

I have been drawn to counseling by my innate desire to help people through the promotion of mental health. I have a passion to work with families, individuals, adults, children, and adolescents from all walks of life using a cognitive-behavioral approach.
