Overview
My ideal client is someone who wants to feel better and is trying to figure out how to acheive that. They’re looking for clarity, confidence, and a supportive environment. They may be grappling with anxiety and depression, while also seeking deeper meaning, self-understanding, and personal growth.
I get curious, listen, ask questions, and provide care and support as you work towards a happier and more fulfilling life.
I use modalities including existential therapy, humanistic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as they fit the person and situation.
It's hard to be human. It's brave and smart to ask for help in optimizing your ability to live well. I'd love to meet and see if I could be useful to you.
